Zwilling 15 Cm Cleaver

The practical, versatile TWIN® Pollux cleaver has a 15cm blade which chops effortlessly through firm pieces of meat, ribs and other similar ingredients. The attractive, functional, ergonomic handle is slightly curved so it is easy to hold and is decorated with three rivets. Ingredients are also easier to chop through due to the weight of the wide blade. The overall image of the cleaver is completed with a distinctive ZWILLING logo. The ice-hardened FRIODUR® blade is made from ZWILLING special formula steel, a material distinguished by its well-balanced combination of chrome and carbon. This steel is also exceptionally good at retaining its edge and is resistant to corrosion.
